PROWEDaward is an online community of professional and amateur photographers and is committed to providing a global platform for creative sharing and interaction among users. PROWEDaward also offers its registered members the use of their services (for private non-commercial purposes only), including, among other things, viewing their gallery in larger image sizes, uploading pictures and commenting on pictures in the gallery. These Terms now form all the conditions governing the use of the Service by registered members and form a legally binding agreement between the Registered Member and PROWEDaward. The photos displayed on PROWEDaward are not owned by us. Photographers voluntarily upload their photos and maintain full ownership rights. This ensures that the use of these photos aligns with copyright regulations and agreements with the owners.Members who upload photos to PROWEDaward bear full responsibility for complying with copyright laws. In the event of any copyright infringement, members who uploaded those specific photos are entirely accountable.
